I am 4, frail and tired, lost my way
Wandering through the bomb blast, I walked away
My home, pray tell, how far is it?
Left or right of the border, a bit?
Moses, Christ, Allah or Ram, what name did I pray?
Mama said, “GOD is love”, wherever you stay
She sang —the start & end of life is light
Grandpa said LOVE is what makes the galaxy bright
We are all the same in the cosmos, he said
It says so vividly in “scriptures” he read
Freaked and panicked these noises of bombs
In the distance I hear the musical psalms!
Should I go near or away from this tune?
Is union or end? — coming to me soon?
Softly I step towards the moving forms
To end of life or my previous known norms
Will I be shot and buried in the ground?
Or will I be saved and rescued and found
Wish mama had a name tattooed on my trunk
Identify me as whole or parts that sunk
I know war amplifies the hatred to kill
With pride each side calls it “His final will”
Your sky is one, the Moon and Sun
Infinite killings each side — both lost and won
Borders, religions, and power divide mankind
Infinite Destruction thus leaves behind
Mama said “God is the essence of love”
You must be mourning in the heavens above
Let’s look together to finally be free
From divisions fragmenting “You & me”
Let love prevail in the depth of each soul
Where peace & love is every being’s goal
Cast clouds and showers from heavens above
Abort fires of hate with rains of love
End misconceptions of “mine and theirs”
Play Music of love in universal spheres
Cast clouds and showers from heavens above
Abort fires of hate with rains of love
End misconceptions of “mine and theirs”
Play Music of love in universal spheres
